![]() I am hoping that the "If not done yet" section from the tutorial is referring to if you haven't updated your calculator because this section instructs to download ndless which is the exact program I'm struggling to install. Whenever I run the tns file, it says the file format is not supported. Can you please help me to fix it Wenqian Li - Reply. The wording is a bit vague and I'm not sure how to follow this step. It’s broken maybe is because I am trying to upgrade the calculator to a TI-Nspire CX CAS calculator. Here is a link to the tutorial I am following: I am stuck on a step regarding using nsNandMgr to "remove the downgrade protection". ![]() I found this program called nsNandMgr which I believe is supposed to allow you to access more files of the calculator but can't figure out how to get it to work. Are there anyways to downgrade from a newer version to one that works with ndless? I've tried uninstalling the OS with a factory reset in the maintenance menu but for some reason it still won't let me install an older version, saying that I already have a newer version installed. I am currently running on version 5.4.0.259. I am quite new to jailbreaking calculators and updated my nspire without realizing you couldn't run ndless on newer versions. ![]() Its not possible, once you upgrade there is no way to downgrade and you will have to wait until ndless is released for your OS version and stick to regular Lua and python apps until that happens. I asked this question on r/nspire but I thought I might as well post it here. I could really use it I just got a TI-Nspire CX II with the same version as OP. ![]()
